Richard House Employee Engagement Days provide our corporate partners with a unique opportunity to boost staff morale and team-working through an engaging, community-based volunteering experience.
Our Employee Engagement Days aim to take staff out of their daily working practices and encourage them to participate in a group activity, with the following aims;
We understand that volunteers want to feel connected to the cause they are helping and know more about the lasting impact of their company’s involvement with that cause. Regardless of which Employee Engagement Day option you choose, your staff will receive a full tour of the hospice as part of their day. Through this they will hear;
Our existing partners have noted the impact this has had in creating greater self and social awareness among their team and inspiring them to keep making positive differences to local causes, including representing the company in its charitable aims.
If you are a current corporate partner of Richard House Children’s Hospice or are looking to kick-start a wider partnership through your volunteering day, then the Corporate Partnerships Team can discuss with you how we can incorporate your needs. We look to build positive partnerships with clear impact reporting and first-hand interactions with our cause.
