“I first visited Richard House in 2019 having heard about the charity through the university Careers website. I came away feeling inspired by the support available to seriously ill children across London and knew I wanted to volunteer. Richard House gave me the opportunity to deliver presentations to local community groups, take part in the charity's annual day at West Ham Football Club whilst giving me the freedom to launch new projects. Meanwhile, working with Richard House led to LSE Tennis' greatest ever tennis tournament in aid of the charity! The communication, project management and leadership skills developed at Richard House made the transition from university life to my first graduate job much easier”
