They provide a time for families to be updated by senior management of any important information or changes at the hospice. Families can use these forums to make their own suggestions and ideas heard as their opinion is valued by all staff. A staff member from all teams is most often available to answer any questions families may have .Parent forums are a space to listen to staff and other families to work together to provide the best possible service to the users and their families.
