Care is at the heart of what we do at Richard House.  We’re looking for someone to assist our busy care admin team to help support our families.  Specifically, we need someone to answer and log incoming calls, respond to emails, file, scan and fax documents, take and type up meeting minutes, and carry out basic data entry.

What skills do we need?

We’re looking for someone with good focus and attention to detail.  You should have excellent communication skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.  Tact and diplomacy are essential, as well as understanding the confidentiality requirements of working with data.  You should be able to work as part of a team as well as independently.

How much time will it take?

One to two days a week Monday to Friday for approximately six hours per day.

Richard House Children’s Hospice, E16 3RG.

What are the benefits?
